General system description
CAP’s covers feature a submerged model that allows the engine to be housed in a separate division of the winding shaft.
The winder is submerged and is supported by a PVC bearing at one end and the other by an AISI 316L stainless steel shaft that transitions the winder shaft to the motor.
It is necessary to fit a wall rail to connect the winder shaft to the motor.
The Engine that opens and closes the roof is located in a dry pit adjacent to the pool and may be at one end of the pool.
A practical and secure system
- We use 24V 170 Nm, 250 Nm and 500 Nm gear motors, IP45 protection, as defined by directives 98/37 / CE, 73/33 / CE and 89/336 / CE.
- AISI 316L stainless steel winding shaft.
Coverage is automatically actuated using a 3-way non-interlock key command and limits are programmed electronically.
In order to make the cover even more secure, the cover contains a safety catch, installed at the end of the pool.
